Job Description & Summary
A career in our Merger and Acquisition Tax practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You'll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.

Our team helps our clients with various aspects of a merger and acquisition transactions such as restructuring, divestiture, partnerships and insolvency. You'll focus on helping clients establish treasury goals, analyse and quantify tax assets, assess tax risks, and model taxable income and cash flow impacts.

Preferred skills


  • Technical
    1. Relevant experience of 1.5-2 years
    2. Educational Qualification - MBA/M.Com. Good Accounting knowledge
    3. Basic understanding of Tax structure and M&A transactional concepts like, TCA, 382 NOL, Deals, MEMO creation and Due Diligence
    4. Time management skills and ability to prioritise work
    5. Good research knowledge in Google and other research tools
    6. Good knowledge on M&A transactions and calculations
    7. Understanding and analysing client information
    8. Research the technical concepts and come up with the solutions
    9. Ability to work on multiple clients during the same period
    10. Ability to help new professionals on the process and concepts
    11. Attention to detail and organisational skills.
    12. Experience in working with strict deadlines
    13. Identifying the issues and asking questions
    14. Keep up the knowledge on technical and technology developments
    15. Participate in the US Engagement Team calls
