SRS Partnership are looking for a diligent and experienced individual to join our client's Finance Team in Prestwick. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in accounts payable and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase Invoice Authorisation: Obtain the necessary approvals for purchase invoices.
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Match invoices to shipments in the ERP system.
  • Purchase Order Matching: Align purchase orders with invoices.
  • Goods Received Not Invoiced: Cleanse records to ensure accuracy.
  • Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices and credit notes efficiently.
  • Monthly Payment Runs: Execute payment runs on a monthly basis.
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliation: Ensure supplier statements are accurately reconciled.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Align the cash book to ledger and statement to cash book.
  • Posting Transactions: Record sundry payments, receipts, and direct debits into the ledger with proper documentation.
  • Intercompany Recharging: Manage recharges between companies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in purchase ledger.
  • ERP Systems: At least 3 years of experience with ERP systems related to purchase and sales ledger.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
