Sikich is searching for an organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated Billing Process Associate with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join our Administrative/Finance team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor Finance Service Board, assigning service tickets to team members
  • Update and maintain customer data
  • Create credit memos for time and product invoices
  • Develop and maintain customer subscription billing- monthly & annually
  • Assist in billing for technology clients
  • Work on a variety of different accounting projects as needed

Requirements for Successful Candidate
  • Graduate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of accounting experience in corporate environment preferred
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and assess priorities
  • Consistent and reliable team member
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office -Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to professionally interact with vendors and team
  • Excellent written skills
