About The Role
As we invest in our growth, we’re looking for a talented Product Implementation Manager based out of our Mumbai office who has experience in payments and the foreign exchange (FX) industry with excellent technical skills and sound business acumen.

This role involves working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure products meet customer needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy and Development::
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for payments and FX products, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive new product development and enhancements to existing products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Product Management:
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and business requirements for payments and FX products.
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.

Client Engagement:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for payments and FX products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to understand evolving needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver training and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure that all payments and FX products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Work with compliance and legal teams to manage regulatory changes and their impact on products.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and success.
  • Analyse product performance data and customer feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on product performance and strategic initiatives.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for payments and FX products.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers as needed.

Innovation and Market Trends:
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends , and regulatory changes impacting payments and FX products.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new solutions and technologies that can enhance the product suite and deliver value to clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on payments and FX.
  • Proven track record of successful product development and management in payments and foreign exchange markets.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, FX markets, trading platforms, and associated technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems, FX trading platforms, APIs, and integration methods.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
