Job Description -

Implementation of Internal Control Systems and monitoring on a regular basis.

Own and implement robust Annual Operating Planning process, monitoring the financial performance against the same and bring out meaningful MIS

Keep a tight control on Working Capital deployment and initiate appropriate actions to ensure that a healthy balance is achieved between twin objectives of achieving targeted revenues and also keep the working capital within acceptable norms.

Closely monitor receivables from customers, trade channel partners, implement agreed credit policy and work with the Sales team for collection on time.

Control the business expenditure in an appropriate manner to ensure that a healthy balance is achieved between twin objectives of achieving targeted revenues and achieving targeted


Costing of Products, Pricing decisions, Discount decisions and Margin management

Providing quick and correct financial analysis, whenever required to aid conscious decision making.

To be part of the negotiating team for negotiating commercial terms & conditions for procurement of goods and services.

To be a part of the business, monitor various operational & business drivers on 'Live' basis (and not restricting to only month end MIS), raise red flags whenever necessary and guiding

the management team towards reaching the short- and long-term objectives. The candidate should not restrict himself only to financial parameters.

Monitor the accounting team, ensuring all statutory compliances are done on time and yearly audit is successfully done.

Ensuring all direct & indirect tax compliances are done on time by the team.

Coordinating with external consultant on GST and implement the GST compliance process.

Coordinate with Legal team and execute contracts with service providers / vendors. Also handle Trademark related issues with help from Consultant / Internal Legal team.

Identifying and mitigating business risks

Implementation and management of Business software tools with help of consultants

Create and monitor financial models for strategic roadmap
