Channel Finance Specialist
The Channel Finance Specialist will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the financial performance of our ATM business. This position requires a deep understanding of device mix, financial modelling, and strategic financial planning to support our sales and distribution channels.Key responsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze financial data related to ATM sales and transactions to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability for different device mixes and business scenarios.
- Evaluate the financial impact of new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to provide financial insights and support for channel strategies.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of different sales channels, recommending actions to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee the calculation and distribution of commissions based on device sales and ATM transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate commission payments, adhering to company policies and contractual agreements.
- Develop and implement incentive programs to drive channel partner performance.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the ATM business.
- Track and report on budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain standardized tools and templates for financial analysis and reporting
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for channel growth and expansion.
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, preferably within the ATM or financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross[1]functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license.
