  • T&E Manager is the Point of S2V/P2P accountability in front of CHC stakeholders locally.
  • T&E Manager ensures that optimized processes are implemented locally. .
  • This position will support the strategic design of Travel & Expense processes, Payments, query management and will contribute to roll out of new S2V operations & relevant S2V satellite solutions.


KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operational
  • Ensure business continuity & deliver the operations without disruption.
  • Oversee corporate travel operations and expenses within the respective region by ensuring regional compliance with the Global Travel and Events Procedure.
  • Timely and accurate processing & payment of expense claims in accordance with company policy.
  • Payment run experience - POT, all payment reporting.
  • Query Management & Service now experience is essential.
  • Project management expertise with an experience of implementing S2V functions & processes. Provide support in innovation, simplification, standardization.
  • End to end P2P cycle understanding to help in digital projects.
  • Work towards successful implementation of new pilot projects and transitions by preparing the project plan, and proper coordination with the global and local teams.
  • Month end reporting, responsible for payment release & approvals and other day to day task.
  • Lead the implementation of the Core Model locally in coordination with Global Head of Core model.
  • Sound knowledge of P2P/S2V & taxation.
  • Ensure processes are fully documented, maintained and communicated. Reviewing and Signing off DTP and ensuring DTP is updated Quarterly.
  • Manage the country in his/her scope qualitative follow-up of S2V internal controls for:

1. risk-assessment process

2. yearly control self-assessment

3. ongoing self-testing

4. process of internal control deficiencies identification
  • Support with the development of adequate action plans & improvement recommendation
  • Ensure that local procedures are formalized, updated and in line with the Global policies, standards and guidance and verify that procedures are adequately approved and communicated.
  • Work on internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Leadership
  • Point of S2V accountability in front of CHC stakeholders locally.
  • Collect business pain points and set up improvement projects/actions.
  • Manage Change management and Communication.

Background
  • 6+ years of experience in P2P/S2V processes.
  • Deep knowledge of Sanofi organization
  • Project leadership skills and project management expertise with an experience of implementing SAP and/or P2P tools is a plus
  • Must have experience of working with key stakeholders across functions up to senior executive level
  • Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment
