Collaboration Matrix Reporting into Senior Manager, Advanced Services Go-to-Market (AP Services Solutions Services Group), the candidate will play a crucial role in our matrix organization, collaborating effectively to drive success. This involves collaborating with the following extended teams and functions to ensure alignment, synchronize efforts, and collectively drive success.
  • Global offering development team
  • Global solutions and services marketing team
  • AP marketing and enablement team
  • AP segment program team
  • AP regional solutions and services teams
  • AP regional account sales teams
  • Ecosystem partners
  • Corporate functions such as legal, operations, finance
Competences Required: This role requires a blend of the following skills and competencies.
  • Knowledge and experience in market and competitive dynamics pertinent to assigned portfolio
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with assigned portfolio
  • Sales Narrative competencies. Proficient in storytelling and able to generate compelling sales narratives tailored to the portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and communications skills
  • Critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills
  • English language fluency. Proficiency in additional languages would be a plus (eg ASEAN languages and Japanese)
