Job Title Sr Analyst- Tax, India

Reports To Manager, Reporting and Compliance

FLSA Job Status Exempt

Basic Job Functions

Direct preparation and perform initial review of U.S. federal and state income tax returns and related workpapers. Lead and develop local tax associates in professional and tax technical growth. Establish shared service center tax policies and procedures. Support corporate tax department with ASC 740 income tax reporting.

  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in U.S. taxation
  • Experience with Microsoft OfficeProducts
  • Experience with Corptax
  • Big Four Public Accounting background preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relatedfield required
  • Certified Public Accountant or equivalent preferred

  • Experienced with consolidated corporate Form 1120 tax returnpreparation and relatedstate income tax filings includingcommand of corporate taxation principles
  • Experienced in determining book to tax differences and state adjustments
  • Experienced with state apportionment calculations

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Detailed review of supporting tax return workpapers and preparation of federal and state incometax returns
  • Support the corporate tax team with extension calculations and related voucherdetailed review including maintenance of the annual tax calendar

  • Support the corporatetax team with quarterly estimatedtax computations
  • Support maintenance of Corptax databaseand maintenance of trial balancemapping
