Job Title Tax Analyst, India

Reports To Manager, Reporting and Compliance

FLSA Job Status Exempt

Basic Job Functions

Preparation of U.S. federal and state income tax returns and related workpapers.

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in U.S. taxation
  • Experience with Microsoft OfficeProducts
  • Experience with Corptax
  • Big Four Public Accounting background preferred

  • Bachelor's degree inaccounting, finance, or related field required
  • Certified Public Accountant or equivalent preferred

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of consolidated corporateForm 1120 tax returnpreparation and relatedstate income tax filings
  • Working knowledge of common book to tax differences and state adjustments
  • Working knowledge of stateapportionment calculations

Essential Functions& Responsibilities
  • Preparation of supporting tax return workpapers and preparation of federal and state incometax returns
  • Support the corporate tax team with extension calculations and related voucherpreparation
  • Support the corporatetax team with quarterly estimatedtax computations
  • Perform self-review of work product ensuringagreement to sourceinformation and balancing of tax return
  • Support maintenance of Corptax databaseand maintenance of trial balancemapping
