Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the overall client experience by implementing and executing client service strategies. The Client Services Manager will also be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients to ensure that business goals are met.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in managing client relationships and providing client services
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
  • Experience in debt management, credit management or finance industry is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
