Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team at Golden Tulip Sector 29 Gurgaon. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial inquiries and discrepancies
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Software Knowledge

IDS working knowledge is needed.
