Job Description

The FP&A Senior Associate - Planning, Forecasting & Reporting at NIQ represents a crucial position within our Corporate Finance Planning & Analysis Team. This role is dedicated to supporting our Corporate Business Units, services, and divisions, focusing on maximizing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer centricity across all activities within our center of excellence. As a key member of our Global Finance Operations team, you will ensure that services provided adhere to the highest standards and comply with clearly defined service level agreements (SLAs) with various internal stakeholders. Your exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills will drive informed decision-making, significantly contributing to the transformation and optimization of finance operations at NIQ. This important role will be part of the Global Finance Operations - within our Finance Planning & Analysis Service Delivery Team.

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Support monthly forecasting and the annual planning process, including system setup and validation, ensuring financial controls, driving automation and process standardization.
  • Reporting and Insights: Support preparation of monthly reporting packs, summarize key trends, ensure consistency and financial integrity across all reporting packages, collaborate with key stakeholders on customization and adjustments.
  • Data Management: Support Metadata management, data validation and allocations development including processing changes and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Ensure data is leveraged effectively for planning, forecasting and reporting purposes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders from Corporate FP&A and Commercial finance team to understand ongoing needs and provide tailored FP&A support.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities
