Reed in Cambridge is partnered with a transportation organisation in North Cambridge. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated with accounting background to join the team on short notice. You will be responsible for sales ledger, purchase ledger and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales invoices.
  • Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining and updating financial record.
  • Managing sales ledger, accounts and payment runs.
  • Reviewing purchase invoices.
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers.
  • Monitoring financial inboxes and responding to financial enquiries.
  • Assist with ERP implementation.
  • Assist the department with administrative tasks.

What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in an accounting administrator role.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and financial data analysis.
  • Proficiency with accounting software.
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
