We are seeking an Accounts and Administration Clerk to provide essential support to an accounting department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient financial processes within the organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
  • Managing credit control and ensuring timely collection of payments
  • Handling petty cash and reconciling transactions
  • Assisting with finance administration tasks
  • Supporting the accounting team with various duties to maintain accurate financial records
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial operations align with company objectives
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in credit control and finance administration
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
