How you’ll spend your time :

Starting out, you’ll be responsible for predominantly Purchase and Sales Ledger duties, you’ll be;
  • Processing Purchase Invoices, handling supplier queries, ensuring suppliers are paid within payment terms
  • Raising sales invoices, allocating cash to the ledger
  • Filing and Accounts administration duties


However, after you’ve settled into the position, the Finance Manager would like to train you and give you additional duties including various projects such as enhancing the operational reporting for the business including the regular generation and maintenance of those reports- so an open mind and eagerness to learn are essential for this role!

This opportunity will be great for you if...

  • You are currently studying level 2 or 3 of AAT
  • You are eager to learn and grow
  • You have experience using Microsoft Excel
  • You have a good level of Customer Service as you will be interacting daily with suppliers and customers.

The role is based full time in the office on Whitehills Business Park in Blackpool, while hybrid working may be considered down the line, our client is looking for someone who is keen to make the most out of this opportunity to absorb as much knowledge as possible, and the best way to do that is to work side by side with the talented CFO and Finance Manager.
