As our Bookkeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring our operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Meticulously document financial transactions, including inputting invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Invoicing and Payments: Manage customer payments and handle invoices efficiently.
  • Expense Management: Keep track of credit card purchases and expenses.
  • Petty Cash Handling: Oversee and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Systems Maintenance: Maintain our garage management system.
  • Month-End Reconciliations: Ensure accurate reconciliations and journal entries at month-end.
  • VAT Returns: Prepare and complete VAT returns.
  • Supplier Payments: Handle payment runs for suppliers.
  • Management Accounts: Assist in preparing management accounts.
  • General Duties: Take on various day-to-day tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Preferred in bookkeeping, office management, and customer service, but full training is provided.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, email communication, and familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in all tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Dedication: Commitment to providing exceptional service.
