Primary Responsibilities
  • Looking after overall Client Management + Account Growth.
  • Lead & Convert pitches by working along with the Sales team and Servicing Lead.
  • Manage a team of servicing folks to ensure Smooth Campaign Execution.

  • Broaden client relationships with efficient ideation, providing best-in-class ideas & concepts.
  • Play an influential role in managing client relationships and sustained year-over-year
  • client retention.
  • Spot opportunities to engage with clients around the solutions / services of TeraReach and grow revenue.
  • Manage the team of servicing personnel to ensure effective deliveries of
  • campaigns.
  • Review and recommend improvements to engagements and campaign strategies.
  • Create a seamless workflow between execution, clients and BD team.
Requirements and Qualification
  • Overall experience of 6+ years in PR / Digital / SMM Agency background.
  • Experience engaging with Top Brands and Decision makers is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and great presentation skills
