Reference: CPT000892-Jatin-1Our client, a top name in luxury retail, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Somerset West, Western Cape.
Job Summary Process invoices, create purchase requisitions, and load payments to vendors. Monitor supplier age analysis to keep accounts up to date. Manage eWallet cards. Assist with month-end or quarterly reports Qualification

Accounting Degree / Diploma / N6 equivalent
Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience

Skills and experience required:

Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 is advantageous
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritise, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job description:

Report Process invoices and create purchase requisitions
Load payments to vendors and manage vendor accounts
Conduct vendor account reconciliations and manage eWallet cards
Participate in weekly age analysis meetings
Assist with month-end procedures and reporting
Handle group recharges, sample invoices, and ICO invoicing
Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

This position is a full-time office-based position in Somerset West - no remote / hybrid working. Working hours 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
R 180000 - R 216000 - Annually
