Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning And Analysis Manager to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. As the Financial Planning And Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial planning and analysis processes of the company. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in financial accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance

Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting and Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process

2. Analysing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year

3. Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and

meaningful insights and visibility on business performance

4. Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making

5. Performing diligence on specific investment/acquisition opportunities

6. Assessing the strategic fit of a business by analyzing the financial statement and

prepare financial modelling

7. Having excellent knowledge of SAP and should be able to do data mining for the

purpose of analyses

8. Proficient in MS office mainly in excel and powerpoint and should be able to work in
