In this critical position, you will drive growth and provide overall supervision and strategic leadership of the Eastern Africa region (effectively managing Uganda, Mauritius, Seychelles, Madagascar, Comoros). Using your strong business acumen, you take full ownership of the following:
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage agent accounts to maximize profitability within the Eastern Africa region
- Identify and recommend new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and sales targets
- Achieve revenue and transaction targets through effective customer support, operations, sales, and marketing plans
- Negotiate contracts with agents within specified limits
- Provide leadership across various functions in assigned geography
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of client-facing sales experience in multicultural settings
- Solid knowledge of global payments and money movement ecosystems in Eastern Africa
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and communication
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in French is preferred
- Willingness for potential business travel within the region
