Our driven team of Senior Personal Bankers play a critical role in making this happen by supporting our customers with their lending needs to enable them to save and buy their very own residential or investment property. They are highly skilled and have valuable knowledge of the local market, and coach our customers through the home loan journey ensuring they always deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

We are continuously building our team of Senior Personal Bankers in our branches across Auckland and Northland. Regardless of where you are in your home lending or banking career, if you want to use your experience to build deeper relationships with customers and help them achieve their financial goals, we'll work with you to find the right role in the right location.

There is so much variety in your day to day as a Senior Personal Banker and you could be helping our customers by:
  • Meet customer needs through the provision of ANZ's range of home loan, insurance, investment products, and transactional services;
  • Acting as a senior referral point for other staff for more complex customer needs;
  • Provide professional expertise to customers to help them meet their financial needs and goals;
  • Engaging in business development activities to attract new clients into the branch to create maximum customer value

  • A customer-centric mindset and an ability to show genuine care and understanding
  • Previous experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focussed role
  • Proven experience in a Home Lending role
  • Sound multitasking abilities and a desire to demonstrate initiative
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset
