We are searching for a talented Tax Manager to join our growing team of experts whose knowledge and skills will make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families. As the Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our tax strategy and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. From overseeing tax planning and risk management to optimizing our tax structure for maximum efficiency, you'll use your unique blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking to lead our team of tax professionals. This role requires a tax leader who can anticipate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and inspire excellence in our tax department.

  • Develop and implement tax strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Research complex tax issues, applying findings to projects, and communicating those findings in writing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tax efficiencies.
  • Provide tax compliance and tax advisory services to individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations in a our niche industries.
  • Assist with managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff.
  • Review returns prepared by tax associates and seniors.
  • Delegate responsibilities to others, monitoring efforts of the tax team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA License
  • 7 years or more of related experience in public accounting or corporate tax department.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term planning and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and clients.
  • Demonstrates personal integrity, and honesty and can deal with confidential information daily 
  • Proficient in Google Drive
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred
