Job Details

Cash Management •Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital and minimize idle funds. •Develop and implement cash management policies and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources. •Evaluate banking services and implement cost-effective solutions to streamline cash management processes. Financial Risk Management: •Conduct regular risk assessments and stress tests to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop contingency plans. •Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes to anticipate and mitigate emerging financial risks. •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align risk management strategies with organizational objectives. Banking Relationships: •Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for banking services, such as credit facilities, cash management, and foreign exchange transactions. •Evaluate bank performance and service levels to ensure compliance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements. •Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues and ensure adherence to banking regulations. Treasury Operations: •Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. •Implement automation tools and systems to streamline treasury operations and enhance efficiency. •Monitor and analyze treasury performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Cash Flow Forecasting and Reporting: •Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop accurate cash flow forecasts based on historical data and future projections. •Prepare timely and accurate reports on cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk exposures for senior management and board of directors. •Present findings and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
