Client Relations - LGT - Analyst

Reporting To: Head of Treasury & Client Support, Operations


The Client Relations team ensures clients' investor records are accurately captured and maintained within Colmore's systems. As a Client Relations Analyst, responsibilities include creating and maintaining investor profiles in Helios, updating contact and banking details in Colmore's accounting system, uploading investor documents to portals, and handling client queries related to investors.

What you'll be doing:
  • Monitor multiple Client Relations inboxes daily and execute appropriate actions for each email based on agreed procedures and Service Level terms
  • Onboard investors in Lemon Edge and Helios after the closure of a Managed Fund or Transfer of Interest
  • Create and maintain client/investor contacts in Helios, including defining and managing user access rights
  • Create and maintain wire instructions in Lemon Edge
  • Ensure accurate setting of attributes on investor/managed fund-related documents for upload to the Document Management System (DMS) according to each client's requirements
