Come and join our team!

As the Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for ensuring that our portfolio of Key clients are up to date with their payments. You will work closely Finance and Account managers.

What are my accountabilities? `
  • Working with account managers to ensure timely collection of payment from clients.
  • Provide monthly statements for key clients.
  • Analysing age of debt, reason for non-payment etc.
  • Chase overdue invoices

About you:
  • Experience in accounting, finance or economics required.
  • Demonstrable experience in Debt collections of large clients
  • Understand debtors Aged Trial Balance and how to follow up overdue invoices.
  • Understand debtor law in Australia and New Zealand.
  • At an intermediate level of Able to do VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
  • High level of customer service with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Able to identify root causes of barriers to payments.
