Job Details

1 • Oversee and manage the overall accounting operations of the company 2 • Review and analyze financial results of three Companies (FFL, FIFL, FC) including consolidation on various frequencies (Monthly, Quarterly, Biannually & annually), ensuring accuracy and completeness 3 • Quarterly review of Board and Audit Committee decks for approval of accounts and special resolution passed on meetings 4 • Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures, internal controls and review its effectiveness and took corrective actions, if required. 5 • Supervise and lead a team of accounting professionals along with their training and skills improvements in accounting and financial environment 6 • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and group Companies (Parent, sister concerns) for consolidation and group reporting. 7 • Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards and local corporate regulations (Companies Act, Tax laws etc.) 8 • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management through analysis (Horizontal and vertical), industry comparisons etc. 9 • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the accounting function 10• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance

Currently the foundation operates 115 Medical Facilities, 100 Schools & Colleges, 65 Vocational Training Centers and 9 Technical Training Centers across the country.
