We are seeking an Account Analyst. for our Accounts Receivables Department.

This position is responsible for management of daily work flows related to cash application, reconciliation & reporting of assigned account numbers, assigned receivable accounts, and assigned groups. AR Analyst will research and verify customer correction requests, post journal entries for corrections, work with managers and locations on best practices and account resolution. The overall goal is timely and accurate posting and service to our customers.


* · Manage incoming ACH payments
* · Manage incoming checks and check in-check out system
* · Manage - log all incoming items through FEDEX
* · Manage incoming Credit Card Payment folder
* · Resolve Open items in AR Support mailboxes
* · Resolve Journal entry items Address all incoming email
* · Manage other assigned Solar Winds Support ques
* · Resolve unapplied cash items for designated accounts/groups/platforms.
* · Request refund checks for applicable customers
* · Resolve billing control # errors through analysis of zero balance accounts
* · Create journal entries for corporate banking
* · Pull various AR Aging reports used for management/audit for archiving

As needed

* · Will assist with training materials, training sessions, one on one training sessions, Webex training sessions,
* · Will assist with End of Month reporting
* · Will assist with acquisition set ups, associated projects

Requirements to interview

* · Accounts Receivable/Payable experience with emphasis on research and resolution
* · Shared Service Center or dealership experience preferred

Ideal Candidate will have

* · Experience with Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel and Outlook
* · Experience with CDK software
* · Previous experience in environment where research is required
