Full Charge Bookkeeper Position with QuickBooks Enterprise Proficiency

We are in search of a meticulous Full Charge Bookkeeper with an unwavering requirement for extensive experience in QuickBooks Enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of proven accounting or bookkeeping experience, equipped with a solid foundation in A/R, A/P management, and audit functions.

The role demands a candidate who stands out in organizational prowess, boasts stellar interpersonal skills, excels in time management, and possesses a knack for solving problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Must have in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Accounts Receivable Oversight: Handle daily financial transactions end-to-end, from Sales Orders and Invoices to managing Cash Receipts and leading Collections efforts including calling and emailing to secure payments. Also includes customer service and maintaining correspondence.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Complete oversight of verifying, matching, recording, and posting of Purchase Orders, Packing Slips, and Invoices. Involves vendor communications and managing payments efficiently.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate accurate A/P and A/R Aging Reports, conduct monthly Bank Reconciliations promptly, and complete month-end reports diligently.
  • Document Management: Organize and file Vendor and Customer Invoices, Credit Card Payments, and Shipping Documents.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with both the owner and staff. Assist with diverse tasks as needed and handle phone calls efficiently, providing assistance to vendors and customers with any inquiries or issues.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare and schedule checks and ACH payments for approval and execution.
  • Financial Organization: Maintain a systematic approach to track all payables due, ensuring no missed deadlines.
  • Insurance and Payroll Handling: Oversee insurance policy review and upkeep. Manage payroll preparation and liaise with the payroll processing service.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage the scheduling of both incoming and outgoing freight to ensure seamless operation.
