Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst for a leading Business Management Consulting Co in Dubai. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing financial insights, and making recommendations to improve financial performance. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and requires a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education Qualification : CFA / CA Inter / ACCA / MBA.
  • Other qualification : Certifications in Financial Modelling, Valuation
  • 4 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Expert level knowledge in MS Excel
  • Preferably having created business plans, financial feasibility models and business valuation reports.


Roles and Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate should
  • Support the Manager in ensuring that work is executed as planned
  • Be capable of working independently and under minimal supervision
  • Be capable of independently participating in online client meetings
  • Work specified hours assigned by Manager and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Deliver client expectations in accordance with our agreed scope of work
  • Be capable of preparing complex yet error-free financial models using excel
  • Be able to understand client requirements, their business operations, and capture these in financial models
  • Use business valuation techniques including DCF Valuation, Net Asset Method of Valuation, VC methods etc.
  • Prepare high quality valuation reports, business plans, charts, and investor pitch decks using PowerPoint or MS Word.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through online calls, and in-person meetings as required
  • Resolve any client issues involving the assignment promptly
  • Have the flexibility in taking on engagements which may require additional learning of new industry verticals
  • Ensure that all assignment related documents are stored and uploaded in a timely manner


  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Identify financial trends and recommend solutions to improve financial performance.
  • Evaluate financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial transactions and variances, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Assist in creating financial models and conducting financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial analysis.
  • Provide financial support and advice to other departments within the organization.
  • Conduct financial research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
