We are looking for a versatile individual capable of seamlessly navigating both HR and finance realms for our client based out of Gurgaon. As an HR + Finance specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization's financial and human resource processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks spanning finance management and HR operations.



  • Finance Management:
    • Oversee and manage automated finance systems, particularly Grey HR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and data processing.
    • Handle the generation and distribution of pay slips, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
    • Manage petty cash disbursements and reconciliations, maintaining meticulous records to uphold financial transparency and accountability.
    • Prepare Full and Final settlement (FNF) letters for departing employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
    • Assist in budgeting processes, providing insights and analysis to support financial decision-making.
  • HR Operations:
    • Execute exit formalities for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary documentation.
    • Conduct due diligence on employee profiles shared with higher authorities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
    • Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.

  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
    • Proven experience in both finance and HR roles, with a minimum of 2 years in each field.
    • Comprehensive understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in finance management tools and software, with experience in using automated HR systems (e.g., Grey HR).
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and HR metrics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
