A career within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You'll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You'll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tax compliance and tax accounting services to a

wide range of corporate clients from FTSE 100

companies to owner managed businesses.

Responsible for sharing knowledge/information with

peers and managing team leads.

Drive the business development process on new &

existing client engagements.

Deliver monthly performance analysis report with

insightful highlights and solutions to address the issues.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current

clients/introduce colleagues from other service lines.

Identifying and addressing client needs (UK engagement

teams): building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of

client relationships; communicating value propositions;

managing resource requirements, project workflow,

budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or

coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

Contribute to new solution development.

Drive campus recruitment initiatives.

Create innovative insights for clients, adapts methods &

practices to fit operational team needs & contributes to

thought leadership documents.

Conduct knowledge sharing discussions & contribute to

PwC IAC thought leadership.

Support the scheduling function within the Kolkata Tax

Service Delivery Center (SDC). This position will work

directly with the Team Leaders, Supervisors and HR to

assign work to staff based upon the skill set and

availability of the staff. It includes managing the process

of deploying changes to our processes based on

continuous improvement or support activity.

Demonstrate intimate knowledge and/or direct

managerial experience designing and maintaining

process models.
