Three Bridges Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation, based in Livingston, to recruit a Business Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Accountant to join the company at an exciting stage in its expansion.

The role of Business Analyst will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
  • Supporting the Finance Director with the integration of a newly acquired business
  • Analysing and optimising operations across European hubs
  • Building and maintaining key internal stakeholder relationships
  • Optimising costs in utilities and raw materials
  • Assist the commercial team with product margin and pricing strategy analysis
  • Support Distribution Hubs with decision-making analysis
  • Prepare sales mix implications, additional costs affecting goods cost, and budget variance analyses for the Commercial Director
  • Developing strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency
  • Supporting budget and forecast preparation
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as required by the Finance Director


As a Business Analyst you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
  • A Qualified Accountant with at least three years post qualification experience
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Substantial experience in cost-benefit analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work in and with cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding communication skills with a high level of integrity
  • Experience in multi-site distribution organisations, familiar working in a multilingual setting
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
  • Capability to handle complex data and solve problems effectively
  • Flexibility to meet business needs and deadlines
  • Proven track record of process improvement and presentation to management board
