About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP HCM International Payroll Specialist to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation, management, and ongoing optimization of our international payroll processes using SAP HCM.

Your responsibilities will encompass project participation, data collaboration, issue resolution, reporting, and staying abreast of industry best Participate actively in SAP HCM International Payroll implementation projects, configuring and customizing modules to meet specific client requirements.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance) to gather, analyze, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of international payroll data.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues and inquiries from internal stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll reports and documentation for clear communication and record-keeping.

- Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in international payroll management to identify and implement process improvements.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP HCM International Payroll implementation and management.

- Proven track record of successfully leading or participating in international payroll implementations using SAP HCM.

- In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements for various countries.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex payroll discrepancies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) - strong understanding of international payroll functionalities and configurations

- International Payroll - comprehensive knowledge of global payroll regulations and compliance best practices

- Implementation experience - prior experience with SAP HCM International Payroll implementation projects

Additional Skills (Preferred):

- Experience with other HR/Payroll modules within SAP HCM (e.g., Time Management, Benefits)

- Experience with data migration tools and processes for international payroll data

- Proficiency in report writing tools (e.g., SAP Crystal Reports)

- Working knowledge of relevant international tax and legal considerations for payroll
