Your new company
My client, an international company based near Brigg, is seeking additional support within their finance team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the purchase ledger and liaising with the company regarding invoicing. A collaborative and supportive environment, this will be a busy role where accuracy will be key to your success.Your new role
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for all Administration relating to this area as follows:

  • Invoicing
  • Requisition forms
  • Purchase orders
  • Approval of invoices
  • Entering of invoices on to the CRM
  • Processing credit card statements
  • Coding/ Allocating payments.
  • Reconciliation of Accounts
  • Updating Journals

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a similar role, or general finance administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail and being able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to liaise across the business in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Comfortable speaking with staff members at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Excel is desirable but not essential.
