Analyzes and reconciles Compensation & Benefits (C&B) data, and executes regional and/or global C&B policies and processes.

What will your job look like?

  • Implement Compensation and/or Benefits Strategy- Executes regional and/or global C&B processes tosupport and align with the business's needs and strategy. Areas include salary increase processes, AnnualIncentive Plan (AIP), sales Incentive processes, periodic or ongoing promotions, M&A, equity processesand employee insurance renewals.- Supports the implementation of C&B policies & procedures.- Analyzescomplex data, provides performance and compensation & benefits analyses and simulations on individualsor groups to support decision making.- Provides on going support to the business (managers, employees,Finance, legal, HR and other functions) on the various aspects of compensation & benefits.- Maintainsongoing contact with external compensation and benefits vendors.
  • Exceptional requests- Provides research and data analysis, (e.g., forecasts and simulations) for HR or C&Bmanagers for exceptional / non-standard / tailored compensation and benefits packages or elements ofpay.
  • Communication of Compensation & Benefits Packages- Is involved in the structuring of communicationmaterials regarding the various aspects of compensation & benefits.- Supports the development ofcommunication materials by providing data analyses.
  • Best Practice- Stays up to date on C&B trends and market practices, and applies that knowledge to day today practices.- Conducts analyses of market trends, providing basic insights from compensation & benefitssurveys.
  • Budget Control, Responsibility & Cost Management- Performs costs analyses and forecasts, providing dataand insights to stakeholders at the corporate economics and management levels.- Monitors specificemployee-related costs and budgets throughout the year.
  • Mergers, Acquisitions & RebadgingIs involved with such ad hoc projects as restructuring activities, mergers& acquisitions, Rebadge transfers:- Assesses cost impacts and practical considerations of harmonizing ormaking any changes to the compensation and benefits of transferring employees.
  • HR Information Systems, C&B modules and related systems- Is engaged with operating systems as well asthe upload / download of data- Develops and generates reports from IT systems and databases, andperform data reconciliation. - Is involved in the configuration and testing of new HR Information systems.


All you need is...

  • Bachelor/B.Sc. Degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics, HR or the equivalent. Alternatively, a degree in business Administration or Industrial Engineering would be acceptable ( Preferred - Education should be full time)
  • Post graduate diploma or degree in HR or equivalent - advantage ( Preferred - Education should be full time )
  • 4 - 9 years of experience handling C&B issues - advantage; incumbent, however, can be hired immediately after university (experience is not required)
  • Must have experience in and proficiency with advanced spreadsheets at a high level, preferably in the use of formulas and macros
  • Some experience in the economics, finance department or HR - an advantage
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural global company - advantage
