Position Summary

Skill Set & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience in IT & ITES industry MUST

Strong analytical and problem solving skills , FP&A , Management Reporting .

Good in preparing Management Reports using Microsoft Power point

5 to 7 years' experience

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Consult with Practice leadership on the relevant inputs and assumptions, as necessary
  • Create financial reporting that includes variance and trend analysis. Financial reporting includes key performance statistics, revenue backlog reporting quarterly working capital reviews
  • Review reports and analyses with Manager and Practice leadership. Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans based upon discussions
  • Track, review and advise on the financial status of key engagements, highlighting areas of risk or opportunity
  • Prepare presentation materials and analysis for leadership and management meetings
  • Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
  • Monitor various expense categories to ensure adherence to planned annual spend
