Reference: CPT000576-DB-1Specialists in the construction industry have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be part of their successful and fast-growing team.R65 000 - R70 000 basic pm | Start ASAP | Permanent | CPT
Minimum Requirements:- BTech in Quantity Surveying (At least NQF Level 7 or higher) or equivalent.- Prior JBCC / NEC4 contract experience.- At least 7+ years' relevant experience in a similar Built environment.- Must be well equipped to work with various Candy (CCS) functions.- Prepared to travel to project locations.- Valid Driver's License and own transport.Preferred Competencies:- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and BuildSmart.- Excellent planning, organising, communication and interpersonal skills.- Good decision making and problem-solving skills.- Ability to prioritise and focus on deliverables.- A motivated self-starter who takes a proactive and solution driven approach.- Evidence of achieving deadlines in a demanding environment.
