Reed Accountancy are pleased to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a global business based in Preston.

Providing a first-class experience to their customers across the UK and Europe for almost 20 years this business work with globally recognised fashion brands and retailers in delivering a concept to completion shopfitting service.



Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure that they're accurate and correctly formatted
  • Creating credit accounts with new suppliers to finance payments
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Deal with purchase invoice queries
  • Process staff expenses
  • Support payment runs

Salary, Hours & Benefits
  • £24,000 - £26,000 per annum depending upon experience
  • Part Time, permanent position
  • Company pension scheme, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and free on-site parking
