The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
  • Demonstrates intimate knowledge of, and/or success in managerial roles leading a team involving key business and strategic priorities leveraged to oversee a team providing financial managed services in the areas of procure to pay, record to report, and operate to cash.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills to effectively manage and develop diverse teams in meeting client needs Extensive] knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R end-to-end processes, including industry best practices Demonstrates the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and solve problems is to make informed decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Possess a solid understanding of financial principles and be able to interpret financial data to drive strategic decision-making within P2P, O2C, and R2R functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, client global process owners, and PwC account management and leadership teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are also necessary to build and maintain relationships.
  • Demonstrates skill in managing change, driving process improvements, and implementing new technologies or systems.
  • Plans, executes, and monitor projects within P2P, O2C, and R2R functions for large, global clients Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance and industry best practices to ensure adherence within P2P, O2C, and R2R functions.
  • Have a mindset focused on continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings
