He angitūtanga: The opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Full-Time experienced Team Leader to join our Contact Centre team! In this role, you will provide real time, on the job support, guidance and coaching to your team members; as well as assisting customers with escalations.

This is an opportunity to bring your fresh eyes to our business processes and work collaboratively to drive better outcomes for our kaimahi.

You will be responsible in managing workloads and workflows to ensure the team meets objectives and business continuity.

He kōrero mōu: About you

As Team Leader, building rapport and motivating your team to achieve the best outcome for each customer is key. What you will bring:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in people leadership, preferably within a contact centre environment
  • Proven ability to engage, and influence decision making
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Experience in complex organisations with multiple customer-facing channels
  • Able to quickly adapt in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities (highly regarded)
