We are hiring BA-TOM for a dynamic and innovative transformational consulting company committed to providing tailored solutions to businesses of all sizes.



Responsibilities:


- Experience and exposure within Investment Banking on operating model design and deployment and having delivered global change initiatives and programs.

- Document operating model elements in consultation with various stakeholders and leadership teams across Market Securities Services function.

- Attend working groups to manage cross divisional design.

- Contribute to workshops across workstreams to facilitate the design of target and transitional operating models.

- Good understanding of project management and BA skill sets such as MS Visio, JIRA.

- Target Operating Model experience in Investment Banking and sound understanding of business principles.

- Lead the analysis and design of Target Operating Models (TOMs) for market securities services, investment banking, and capital markets businesses.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and define target state operating models aligned with strategic goals.

- Conduct thorough analysis of current state processes, systems, and organizational structures, identifying pain points and areas for optimization.

- Utilize business analysis techniques to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

- Lead process reengineering efforts to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience within market securities services and investment banking domains.

- Manage global change initiatives, overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation of target operating models.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements, drive consensus, and communicate project progress.

- Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track tasks, manage dependencies, and report on project status to stakeholders.

- Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories using tools such as MS Visio.

- Provide subject matter expertise in market securities services, investment banking, and capital markets to support strategic decision-making and business planning

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and operating model design within the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of market securities services, investment banking, and capital markets, with a focus on global change initiatives.

- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, process reengineering, and project management methodologies.

- Experience with tools such as Jira for project management and collaboration, as well as MS Visio for process documentation and visualization.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends impacting market securities services and investment banking is a plus.
