We are supporting a large global company who are in an exciting period of growth with hiring their next HR Manager. You would be joining a newly created team on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £45,000 depending on your experience. The hours are 9 - 5pm and the role is hybrid, usually 2 days at home and 3 days in the office. Duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Create new or amend existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and ongoing business needs
  • Oversee absence across the business, identifying trends through reporting
  • Assist with probationary period reviews, exit interviews and salary band review meetings
  • Work alongside the Management team to support on guidance with policies and procedures
  • Lead on disciplinary and grievances where required
  • Liaise with the Finance team on payroll issues
  • Assist with the recruitment of vacancies and campaigns including attending job fairs and other relevant events, where required assist with contacting applicants and arranging interviews
  • Ensure contracts for new starters are processed and on-boarding activities are in place plus process leavers
  • Manage and promote all work-related benefit programmes, including Well-being at Work initiatives
  • Manage and lead continuous improvement projects when required

Ideally you will have a background in either aerospace, F1, motorsport or production or engineering industries.
