Job Details:
This position is for a summer Internship from May 2024 - August 2024

Responsibilities:

• Leverage accounting and finance acumen to address ad-hoc business requests including commodity, volume, scenario analysis to understand potential risk and opportunities to firms profit and loss
• Perform Discounted Cash Flow and Internal Rate of Return analysis for capital budgeting process
• Analyze monthly business drivers to determine opportunities for efficiency and prepare recommendations for Finance leaders
• Proactively identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare recommendations on activities to execute against those KPIs
• Demonstrate flexibility to seamlessly reprioritize and pivot on deliverables
Operate in an increasingly complex business environment and synthesize information to provide recommendations
• Strong collaboration, cooperation, and communication with finance team leaders to insure alignment with the rest of the organization
Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in finance or equivalent, with a graduation date of Aug 2024 or later.
• General understanding of automation
• Financial acumen and familiarity with P&L management
• Experience working with and manipulating large data sets and able to identify key themes to drive business decisions
