The Senior FP&A Analyst will join our Finance team and specialize in corporate reporting. As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's financial planning and analysis activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze financial data, and provide valuable insights to drive informed business decisions. This role requires exceptional analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial reporting frameworks. The Senior FP&A Analyst will assist in the creation and maintenance of forecasts and budgets for the entire company, variance analysis, month-end reporting and other analysis and reporting.

The job duties may evolve as the company grows, but the primary responsibilities are:

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
Consolidate financial and operational data from various sources and create comprehensive reports to support management in decision-making processes
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying trends and key drivers impacting financial performance, and provide actionable recommendations
Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather relevant operational and financial information and ensure accurate reporting of data
Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for executive management and board meetings, providing clear and concise explanations of financial results and key insights
Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing administrative support of financial reporting systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong process and system improvement experience, be adaptive to a continuously evolving work environment, and have a desire to become a part of a growing, world-class organization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Excellent organizational skills, knows how to multi-task, detail oriented, strong analytical and communication skills.
Collaborates effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting and budgeting systems; Planful and NetSuite experience is a plus; experience with BI tools preferred. Advanced modeling skills required.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment.
4-6 years of work experience with progressive responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or have equivalent work experience. MBA/CPA/CMA/CFA a plus.

OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

Ability and willingness to travel when necessary.
