Job Purpose:

Your role will mainly consist of deepening existing client relationships and building new genuine, long-term relationships based on shared goals and values through one-on-one comprehensive financial guidance as well as connecting clients to products and services

As a financial advisor on our team, you will be supported by an experienced staff of professionals to complete trades and transactions, provide client meeting prep and follow up, provide investment recommendations and financial recommendations to allow you to stay in the role of servicing clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher
Fully licensed (Series 7, 66, and Life/Health license)
3+ years in a face to the client financial advisor role
Pleasant, professional, and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong team player
Passion for helping others
Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail
Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills
Highly proficient with in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook as well as Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
Strong personal and business ethics and integrity
Desire to grow and learn within the practice
Part of the communities where their clients live and work

Compensation:

Compensation is a combination of salary and variable pay based on production and results. Beginning salary at $60,000 with an opportunity to bring in $250,000+
