We are looking to hire a Senior Associate for our Corporate Services department in City of London.

JOB ROLE: Handling queries of corporate customers with regards to payments. Requisition of cheque books for corporate clients. Scanning of various requests from corporates and account opening with follow ups with the Operations team.

Creation and renewal of fixed deposits for corporate clients. Review/Renewal of corporate accounts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
  • The role involves high level of compliance risk management, and close liaison with Compliance to resolve any issues due to large proportion of relationships being domiciled in high risk countries.
  • To manage overdue KYC profiles of Banks and Corporates.
  • Prepare notes in connection with new/review of correspondent relationships and Corporate Accounts after analysing their standing.
  • Resolve complaints from correspondent banks/branches in India and Corporate complaints.
  • Knowledge of various policy documents issued by the Bank, RBI, FCA & PRA.
  • Provide cover to Sr.Associate/ Associate and Manager Corporate Services in handling emails, customer queries, scanning etc. and other tasks as entrusted by Manager Corporate Services and/or Head of the Department.
  • Other tasks as entrusted by Manager, Corporate Services, in the absence of Sr.Associate and cover for Manager, Corporate Services and Jr.Associate (Corporate Services) in their absence. To elaborate

o Maintain and update the database of all existing relationships of Corporate.

o Conduct reviews of correspondent relationships and ensure proper due diligence.

o Conduct periodic reviews of corporate accounts.

o On boarding of new corporate clients as per current AML guidelines.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of finance.
  • An ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good command of Microsoft office especially Excel ,Word & Power Point
