You will be working as Travel & Expense auditor and will be part of Drive Products Business Area for Motion Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Travel and Expense Manager. You will be responsible for performing day to day processing of expense claims, complex and escalated dedicated for second line support. Ensures appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of expense reports.

Your responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for Auditing employee expense reports online for accuracy and compliance with the Travel and Expenses policy (T&E)
  • Addressing all inquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring that SLA and KPIs are completed with the required quality and speed
  • Investigating and resolving T&E audit related issues and queries
  • Responding to emails and chat messages from employees regarding expense re-ports and rules
  • Supporting the implementation of Concur expense system and testing Concur functionalities and enhancements.
  • Supporting cutover execution in preparation for Go-live: perform the closure of existing workload in efficient manner, attend trainings, participate in UAT tests and production checks, update process related documents, SOPs, audit profiles
  • Identifying and addressing opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction with coordination of internal and external parties

Your background
  • Graduate degree equivalent, preferably in a business administration, accounting or finance discipline but not required.
  • Business English (C1) language skills both written and oral
  • Ability to provide superior customer service and quick responses to inquiries.
  • Previous corporate experience in Finance and/or Travel & Expenses Services would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MS office required, experience of working with Concur or similar T&E management system as a plus
