To be considered for this role, we are seeking a CA or equivalent qualified Accountant who has proven strong leadership, controls and process skills. My client is open to different industry experiences but the following are key skills we are seeking:
  • Appreciative of the importance of data in the modern business, striving to provide accurate and timely data in modern ways as custodian of many important data points for the business.
  • Willing and able to take a leadership role within the greater finance team, providing clear guidance for all reports regarding timeliness, accuracy and the importance of meeting the needs of our internal customers.
  • Well organised and thorough, managing the multiple deadlines the Group must meet from various stakeholders.
  • A good communicator of systems and processes to those who are not necessarily process driven, achieving widespread understanding and adherence to the Group's financial controls.
  • Studious in keeping up to date with changes to statutory requirements as the custodian of the Group's ability to meet compliance requirements set down by law makers as well as the Audit and Risk Committee.
