Join our dynamic team as a Rollout Contact Person (Chief Expert) at the IT Hub South Africa, where you'll spearhead market rollouts and ensure seamless implementation of innovative IT solutions. Utilize your expertise in process & accounting knowledge, project management, and excellent communication skills to drive success in a collaborative environment. Essential Skills Requirements:
- In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge.
- Change & Project Management.
- Excellent and articulate communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage with authority.
- Strong business acumen.
- In-depth understanding of financial accounting areas such as Accounts Receivable, Asset and Investment accounting, Cost Accounting, etc.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
- Experience in global SAP template rollouts.
- IT Knowledge (SAP highly advantageous).
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in German.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) in Accounting.
- Postgraduate degree or certification.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing a specific market rollout for all aspects of the assigned product.
- Maintaining an overview of Feature Team-specific processes and structures.
- Ensuring the implementation and testing of the Feature Team solution for a market.
- Conducting FIT/GAP workshops and introducing template processes to markets.
- Organizing and facilitating discussions on potential GAPs with Feature Team experts.
- Documenting findings according to centrally provided documentation approach.
- Ensuring completion of required data collection sheets.
- Incorporating business and technical roll-out activities into Feature Team's wave planning/backlog.
- Monitoring Feature Team-specific defects and coordinating resolution efforts.
- Planning and conducting training sessions.
- Facilitating migration mapping workshops and finalizing mappings.
- Addressing authorization topics and directing them to appropriate colleagues.
- Supporting Feature Team-specific User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and cut-over activities during migration.
- Providing coordination support during stabilization phase.
